Regional Focus – West Coast 2021

Matt Watts, Samuel Blight, and Tim Mora joined us from the West Coast to lead us in praying for Buller, Hokitika, Hari Hari, and Greymouth.

Cannabis Referendum update | Aaron Ironside

Aaron Ironside, who fronted last-year’s successful ‘Say Nope to Dope’ campaign, will bring us up to date on research around recreational cannabis use from other countries and share some prayer points towards addressing drug harm in New Zealand and the consequent impact on society.

Praying for the region of Auckland 2021

Jonathan Dove, pastor of Grace City church and chair of the Auckland Church Leaders Meeting joined us to share some of what is going on among the church leaders – in particular, building the pastors’ network.

Hate Speech

Mark Maney, staff researcher/writer for NZ Christian Network, presented some concerns people should have over the government’s proposed hate speech legislation that is currently under discussion.
