Dr Roshan Allpress, National Principal of Laidlaw College, shares about some of the opportunities and challenges he sees in the leadership formation landscape in Aotearoa New Zealand – and particularly how we as a church might pray, think and collaborate to grow a more effective and sustainable ecosystem for equipping Gospel-shaped leaders.
PRAYER POINTS:
- Pray that more Christian young people will respond to God’s call to lead in the Church and Society.
- Pray that they will be supported and resourced to prepare themselves well for lifelong faithfulness.
- Pray for the theological and other tertiary colleges in a rapidly changing context – for wisdom to engage well with Government, Church leaders, and wider society.
