MotiVate Charitable Trust
MotiVate is the New Zealand office of Missionary Ventures – a non-denominational global family of Christians whose mission is to multiply the Body of Christ worldwide by transforming, equipping, and sending believers to carry the hope of the gospel from anywhere to everywhere for the glory of God.
While Christianity is expanding rapidly in many regions, mission church growth is outpacing the development of trained leaders and sustainable discipleship pathways, creating a bottleneck that threatens spiritual depth, healthy community transformation, and the long-term impact of the Gospel.
MV / MotiVate partners with local churches, organisations and key leaders around the world to for focus on four Core Field Ministry strategies:
Discipleship – Multiply disciples by walking with individuals through Spirit-led, contextually relevant ministry – integrating evangelism and discipleship with everyday life.
Church Strengthening – Nurture Christ-centred, multiplying churches that proclaim the Gospel, make missional disciples, and nurture Spirit-led communities of faith.
School Strengthening – Demonstrate Christ’s love in action by addressing the practical needs of communities – bringing hope, restoration, and tangible expressions of the gospel.
Compassion – Demonstrate Christ’s love in action by addressing the practical needs of communities – bringing hope, restoration, and tangible expressions of the gospel.
Prayer points
* For our key leaders and partners around the world as they oversee local networks and ministries, that their own personal and family needs will be met so they can thrive in the ministry God has called them into.
* For the people and communities we serve – many in nations with corrupt governments, hostile conflict or extreme poverty – that they will experience God’s protection and provision.
* For our cross-cultural missionaries as they serve the communities God has called them to, for protection and provision as they serve in challenging situations, often far from their wider family and support networks.
* For the leadership of Missionary Ventures globally and MotiVate NZ locally – as we seek to recruit Godly, anointed and gifted leaders to grow the ministry and implement our Core Field Ministry strategies.
