Multiply exists to help churches across Aotearoa identify, train, and send out the next generation of gospel workers. Through our Ministry Apprenticeship Program, Leadership Development initiatives, and Church Planting Assessments, we partner with local churches to raise up men and women shaped by Scripture, formed in community, and equipped for a lifetime of ministry. Our desire is to see healthy leaders and healthy churches multiplied — more people, doing more ministry, in more places — for the glory of God and the growth of His church throughout New Zealand.
1. Give thanks
Give thanks for the churches, pastors, and apprentices who are already part of the Multiply network, and for the encouraging signs of gospel growth across the country.
2. Pray for more workers for the harvest
Ask the Lord to stir hearts and raise up men and women willing to consider vocational ministry, and for churches to have confidence and clarity in identifying potential apprentices.
3. Pray for faithful, Christ-like trainers
Pray that pastors and churches involved in training would model godly character, wise leadership, and deep dependence on the Scriptures as they invest in apprentices.
4. Pray for unity and partnership
Pray that Multiply’s fellowship of churches would grow in trust, generosity, and shared mission — that together we might build a nationwide culture of ministry training.
5. Pray for our intensives and training gatherings
Ask God to use these times to shape convictions, deepen skills, and knit apprentices and trainers into a supportive community committed to long-term ministry.
6. Pray for gospel impact across Aotearoa
Pray that God would use this initiative to see more people reached, more churches strengthened, and new ministries and church plants established throughout New Zealand.
