Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland
Auckland is a city of stunning beauty & potential. Our people are ethnically diverse, youthful, creative, intelligent and generous. Yet our greatest resource, our people, are also hurting. Many struggle with the cost of living, food insecurity, unemployment, and inequality. Families are under strain, young people face unprecedented pressures, and too many experience loneliness and despair. Amidst this, it’s an encouraging time for the Church in Auckland as many – especially young people – engage with churches & Christianity in a way they never have before. There is so much potential for the Church to bring hope & healing to our city. Prayer Points: For growth in Christian unity across Auckland
