“He ākonga ki ngā ākonga hei ara whakawhiti mō te Karaiti
Reaching students for Christ, changing students for life”
At the heart of TSCF are student-led, campus-based groups. University years are filled with both possibilities and pitfalls. We want students to make wise decisions when they get their first taste of freedom, but we exist for far more than that. This brief season holds opportunities to learn, serve and prepare for life in ways that will never be repeated. Students can reach their fellow students for Christ like no one else, familiar as they are with the issues, trends and language of their peers. And, like all of us, students do this best working together. Their witnessing communities are winsome and powerful platforms for ambassadors of the gospel. Student leaders work in close partnership with TSCF staff. They are there to help every student relate the gospel to culture, apply the Bible to life, and extend everything they learn to the workplace.

Over the next few weeks students will start their studies on 8 Universities, numerous Polytechs and Wānanga across Aotearoa, New Zealand
– Pray for new students: that they would find welcoming Christian community on campus and in their local church. Places to belong, hear the gospel and grow in their faith
– Pray for returning students: that they would continue to find opportunities to share the gospel with their friends
– Pray for international students: that TSCF groups would be a place to find hospitality and community and to hear the gospel
– Pray for student leaders coming back from their summer holidays and jobs to campus with fresh ideas and enthusiasm to reach their campus for Jesus
– Pray for Universities in Wellington, Dunedin and Palmerston North. Our staff teams in these places are small or new. Pray for encouragement and that God would provide more workers
