Pastor Peter Foster, Regional Leader Baptist Churches Waikato (and Bay of Plenty), led our focus for the Waikato.
We are believing for a greater release of the Holy Spirit for this diverse and important region. “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” Jer 33:3
PRAYER POINTS:
- Pray for pastors in region – they are tired, and they have decision fatigue from all the decisions that needed to be made over the last 2 years
- Pray into confidence – I have sense that because of what is going on – that we have lost some confidence – in the gospel, in the Spirit. Let’s pray that all followers of Jesus can get that back again
- Church planting opportunities in areas where there is new housing happening – Peacocks Road area Hamilton, Ngaruawahia / Huntly area
- Farmers and Agriculture in region
- Hamilton City: for unity among pastors and planning the annual Hamilton Prayer Breakfast
