Len Buttner, Eagle Ascend Ministries, led us in prayer for the healing of the nation of New Zealand on Pray As One’s 4th anniversary. A time praying for a special grace from the Lord Jesus to restore hope and healing for the nation Aotearoa in that all people of the land become reconciled, healed, and honoured. A time to affirm that our nation is to be revived, restored, healed from all the atrocities of old and from the shedding of innocent blood. Our prayers are that the Lord will have mercy upon the nation and that we denounce the spirits of lawlessness around social injustice and the violence that has caused much suffering of the vulnerable and disadvantaged. We petition You almighty God to show us grace and mercy. “.. for I know that You are a gracious and merciful God, slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness, One who relents from doing harm.” (Jonah 4:2).
